I have HR sport springs and the car is lower then stock, I do a lot of twisty road driving and don't want to be rubbing the tires on the front fenders all the time around tight turns. I've heard you have to fold in the front fender lip, is that true.
Currently running stock avus wheels and stock height Tires.
Will be running 18x8.5 wheels with 38 offset
Was hoping to buy 235x40x18 or 225x40x18 Nitto Neo Gens to fit the rims.
Take a look! TIA

If you try the 235's without rolling let me know because I would MUCH, MUCH rather 235's than the stretched 225 Neo-Gens I have right now..

I'm running 235/40 and I'm at 25.5" all around with 18x8.5 wheels ET38 in front. I don't rub now with Vogtland GTs but I did when I had Stasis Streetsports at the same height. The Stasis was softer so more travel on bumps caused rubbing.

Still looking for a deal on the wheels, so won't do it soon. But from chatting with others, I think they will fit on all four corners of an 00 S4 with rolled fenders and AL front uprights.
