Sorry for the grainy pics!
I just had to do it..... J/K! However, I am considering it more after dirving it than I was before I went to the dealer.
The +'s:
The engine sounds sick! The exhaust note is better than the RS6 IMO.
Power up high seems great.
The gearbox is precise and feels incredible!
The interior is beautiful! Recaros are really sweet!
Handling was nice, brakes seemed good...didn't really stand on them though.
The -'s:
The price. $52K seems about 6-7K too high.
Gas mileage....14-16MPG..yikes! (hence the gas guzzler tax)
rear legroom...seems like there is less than my B5
Rims....time for something new.
That's about it for now. Perhaps I will call the old insurance agent tomorrow and see what I'd be looking at if I pulled the trigger
A special shout out to the guys at Bernardi. They take a lot of shi_ on here and the sales mgr. (Seth) and the salesman I talked to (Mike) were top notch. They sent me out alone and didn't push me at all. They even gave me an idea of what I would be looking at pricing wise.
If anyone is considering this car in thh Boston area, give bernardi a call and ask Directly for Seth.
