High engine temp help

I just changed my coolant temp sensor thinking that it may have been causing my dtc's (a bunch for o2 sensors and catalyst). Well, i cleared all those, replaced the sensor and know I have a :
17521 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1113 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
What started all this was high engine temps at cruising speed and idle. Cruising at 2680 rpm around 70mph my engine temps were higher than normal (past middle) between 108-110 degrees celcius. Idling, the temp was slightly past middle and between 105-106 celcius. Outside temperature 40F. Readiness passed all 0000 0000.
Any thoughts on why I'm having high engine temps? My original thought was that it could have been bad o2's or bad cats (dtc's for them before, and havent come back).
