High idle....Anyone experience this?

High idle....Anyone experience this?

So last night I notice my car is idling a little high(around 1K)but it was like 10 degrees out so I didn't think much of it. Then today at every light the idle would dip down to around 1K and then "ramp up" to about 1250. Any ideas why the idle would be stuck this high?

Some options I thought of before I STFA...
Coolant temp sensor
TB - but I just cleaned this about 2 months ago
Fuel Pump/Filter - the ECU is trying to compensate for not getting the requested fuel flow.
?????

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Vacuum leak, speed sensor... time for a vag connection
