Default Hissing noise?.. any ideas?.. more

I got the Potatoe chip and i noticed that while in chip mode the power seems to cut out quite a bit at full boost. So i had a pressure test done at 8 PSI and it came clean. nothing leaked. I had all the hoses checked and everything seemed fine. Ever since the car has been acting up it has made a noise that reminded me of the vortek Superchaqrger noise at idle just not as loud. But after a hard night of driving it has turned into a hiss. only at idle though.. * the hiss is located somewhere near the F hose. There is residue on the engine right near the F hose.. the funny thing is i cant see anything wrong. No cracks or splits. even with my trusty snake light and mirror.
Is the hiss noise normal near the F-hose?...Could it be that the slight tear is somewhere in or under the clamps?.. or maybe i just didnt have the car pressure tested enough. i dont know..
any ideas????????? ..thanks
