I wouldnt upgrade unless ur HID bulb is dying...
Id suggest X-tec replacement bulbs. Check out the link and scroll down to X-tec section. They are having a special...D2s 4500k bulb for 100 bux a pair. Used them on my old BMW... They dont come with lifetime warranty now do they?
All x-tec products come with lifetime warranty. This one time my x-tech blew, they sent me a new one as soon as I sent my old one in with no questions asked.

i checked on the site you showed me, nice stuff
im assuming the kit included bulbs + ballasts?
some yellow hid fogs could be fun, too bad they dont offer the kit with 3000k bulbs.
