Looks like the clamp is tight and there are no irregularities other than slightly pulled back.
Are you experiencing any high end power loss? I wouldn't worry about it unless you think you have some power loss or if some expert on this board says, "are you kidding you need to attach a whole new S4 to that boot" ;-)

actually, I have been noticing what I felt like was some surging in the upper
rev range, but it is probably just AW paranoia
