Default Was there on both days this weekend (much more).....

It was a two-driver car and both drivers were phenomenal. At the end of the 1st day, one of them was in 3rd place and the other was in 6th place with less than .5 seconds separating them at 2:00 et. In other words, phenomenal car and phenomenal drivers.

The car had a full Motec 8 system and a separate telemetry system.

It had the widebody conversion and was riding on 245/18 slicks.

Team 82 Autowerks did very well also in a race prepared n.a. 944. Neil's last run of the day was picture perfect and he hit 5th gear flat out at the top end of the course (not many drivers have the ***** to do this). We had my mini-DV in the car and this'll be sure to be the "how-to" road race video for the next tech session. He consistently improved on his times through the weekend on a car that was finalized at midnight the night before the race.

Here's some more info on the S4 that was in the race

http://www.audibmw.com/news.php</a

Default To help illistrate:

By running the Motec engine management, he was able to ditch the MAF and therefore since there is no such thing as "metered" air, the bypass valves can vent to atmosphere.
