I'm taking mental bets as to when you will take the plunge and change one of your currently pristine-looking variables again....and start tuning all over....oh wait, do I see GGs arriving? heheh

and obviously I'm on the back burner since my car runs 100% and all I want to do is get it running for more tweaking.

Testing is $0. We are here to help. If you need parts, new harness is $20, new O2 sensor is $79. If the box is hurt somehow and repairable $25-$59. If it's our manufacturing fault, bad part and so on and your unit did not pass the warranty the repair is free. This is probably not a case since we tested your box 3 times prior to shipping AND it worked well when you received it.

Piggie probably can't fix it anyway. It's not a ton of cash we're talking either. I mean, given how important the wideband is for tweakers I"d feel helpless without it.

I'm not sure where Piggie mounted it but most put it by the ECU...so you could just unplug it (leaving your O2 sensor and other wires in place) and send it out to ZT for testing.
