Horn alarm just went off for no reason.

I'm sitting at my desk, which is right by a window not 10 feet from the car, and the alarm goes off. (No, the windows aren't open). No one else around the car, no bumps or broozes that I can see. Gremlins? It's not THAT windy out either. Any one else ever had this happen with the windows up?

Only with the sunroof open or dog locked in the car . . .

Yeah, I've had it happen with windows cracked open, but it's closed up tight.

Maybe she's telling me I'm late for lunch :-)

Yeah, it's happened on my S4 and my A4...

Usually, the car is parked in bright sunlight when it happens. My theory is a rapid rise in cabin temperature (greenhouse effect) has some effect on the motion sensors. Was your car in the sun?

Regardless, I've never bothered with it. We all know the alarm is all but useless anyway.
