Default Hot Import Nights (San Mateo). Are these things cheesy?

It's right near my work. Wondering if it's A) like a car show but with modded cars, B) a scary experience - don't bring your nice car or C) funny like that guy Alex/M3.

Default where do those chicks come from?

seriously, does the promoter or vendors pay them by the hour or are they a part of some kind of gross groupie brigade?

Default few of them are successful import models and are pretty. the rest are "inspiring" models...and

some are just downright butt ugly - nastay!!!

Default If you are going to put your car in make sure......

That you go with only 1/8 o 1/4 of a tank (don't remember clearly which one). I didn't and they didn't let me in on "set-up" day, so I had to drive about 200 miles in about 8 hours (car had to be in at 8 am next morning before show opened).

Not that I didn't enjoy beating every other single car that didn't get to go in =).

guess that would depend on what kind of "mods" you have.
