Default They are by all means. But their front swaybar is a bit overkill IMO in an effort to reduce--

understeer. Seems that a hollow A4 front sway is better. I'm running the Neuspeed 19mm on the soft setting and find it fine. Switching to an Intrax rear sway in the Spring once I get a hold of some coilovers.

Default yep they keep the car flat but don't really kill the understeer......

The front bar is much lighter than stock as well. You don't really need the front bar but it is worth having. Nothing a stasis high bias center diff couldn't take care of =)

Default How often do you experience wheel lift?

Nobody following me has ever commented on it, but I suppose that's a valid concern going forward, given that I'm considering the 4:1 differential at some point.

I have a Neuspeed 19mm rear bar that I set on firm for the track, and I'm running STaSIS (Koni) Motorsports with 700f/800r springs that I usually dial up to the firmest settings at the track.

Default So if I understand your final paragraph correctly...

you are saying that less travel will likely eliminate that problem? It looks like your A4 in that picture is pretty far compressed on the driver's side - is that stock suspension or soft springs? I don't think mine leans that far over, even on tight corners, but I haven't yet run true R compounds...

Default You should be able to feel it on a cloverleaf or tight corner in town with that setup.

I pulled off my 19mm swaybar right after I got home from my 600/700 tracksport install.

I could pull the rear wheel up at will on a cloverleaf. Tap in a quick bit of pointless steering input midturn, or just go fast enough, and it'd come up enough to lose grip in terms of being able to accelerate, or I could even feel it through the seat. Didn't like the loss of power exiting a turn, or the excessive oversteer for the street.

Default If you do begin work on something, please keep the board posted.

I love the continuing innovation on this chassis.

Default I've never noticed it around town or on the track.

Either my perceptions are not sophisticated enough, or my car doesn't do it. Anyway, I'll watch for it going forward.

Default Hard to say, but, if your rear is stiff enough and the front/car rolls enough, the inner rear is

going to come up. Just a matter of grip and load. Perhaps the koni motorsports have more shock travel, but with the 19mm on stiff and short travel of 800lb springs, it should still be possible... YMMV!
