how bad is this DTC? 17963-charge pressure: maximum amt exceeded-35-10 intermittent. TIA gang!

I guess it depends on your ECU and what your tuner says...
the "max charge pressure exceeded" is at 15psi by default (a little over 1bar), some tuners will raise it more than others...
As for ignoring codes... I didn't say ignore ANY codes... just this one, in particular ;-)
I guess I should ahve said you might want to do some vag-com readings and see if you're hitting outrageous amounts of boost or something, first. And if so, you might want to check your bypass valves?
