Shouldn't matter...

The gear ratio has to be part of the equation.

Like this...

MPH = Engine RPM*wheel dia in inches*.002975/(gear ratio*final drive ratio)

Final drive is 4.111, you're on your own for the gearbox ratios.

Or, you could just see what your MPH is at 2000 RPM in every gear, & divide.
