streetsports, tracksports or motorsports? I don't think streets are adjustable dampening.

Default Change springs...seriously!

700/800 is way too stiff for the those shocks. Drop down into the 500/600 area. I'd even do 450/550 if it were me. I have an avant and am running 550/650 and I think they are even too stiff.

The reason is because those shocks just DO NOT have the rebound damping ability for those spring rates...regardless what the manufacturer says. Once you are down in those ranges the shocks can handle the rebound and you will be able to adjust the rebound damping much better. Don't waste your time dicking with the settings unless you bother to change the springs.

Default Damn that sucks..

Wasn't looking to have to remove the coils to change the springs.. or even buying new springs for that matter.

Default Keep an eye out, you might find a set.

Sometimes people upgrade, or want to track a car. I'm moving on to Motor Sports and will have a set (550/650) avali. in the next few months. Send me a mail and I'll get back to you when I change. I found an alternate set for my Motor Sports for about a hundred.
