How do I check for a bad MAF sensor using a VAG?

engine -> basic settings -> block 002
do this while the engine is running and at operating temps (coolant >= 80 degrees C)
the fourth column should be greater than 3.0 and less than 4.5 or something like that. i can get the exact numbers later today. if someone has a bentley cd handy, maybe you could help me out here.
