Here's a past post (AKA the Newbie FAQ) with a lot of how to info:
Look down towards the bottom, and you'll see how to post multiple pictures.
If you just want 1 picture posted just copy its http:// location in the "Optional Image URL:" field.
If the picture is on your harddrive, you need to upload it to your picture directory first. Just click on the "Post Picture" link near the top and follow the instructions. Basically click the browse button, find the pic on your hd, select it, then click upload.
Once the picture is in your picture poster, you access your picture poster by clicking the "Post Picture" link again. Find the picture in your poster, and click on its thumbnail. Once it's opened, right click on it and select properties. Copy the http: location onto your clipboard, then click back on your browser to return to your message.
