how do i upload my Excel graph? its not a picture... noob needs help please!

Copies your desktop or your active window respectively. Then open MS Paint, and paste it. Save as a jpg, then upload to the picture poster.
also convienent for sending charts in email

picture poster resizes to 480x600....
resizing it causes it to get blurry. If you have another website where you can host pictures from, host the full size image there, and add the URL to the "Optional Image URL" box when posting.
