I just got a set of Oettinger RE's..
Here is what I have heard so far:
O ting er (most people)
ET ing er (several people)
YO Ting er (German friend that speaks German. He said the O and E make Yo in German)
I think its YO ting er..

I am fluent in German, married to a German, and have spent quite a bit of time in Germany. So, here's the phonics lesson:
Oe is the "American" way of spelling "O with an umlaut". So, with all due respect, there is no such spelling like adama4 shows, since it is redundant.
We don't even have the sound of "oe" in English, so unless you practice a bit, you can't pronounce it. If you want, try pursing your lips like you're going to say "o", but say "e" instead. If it sounds weird, it should; we don't have that sound in our language. But a close approximation would be Eh-tinger. Emphasis on first syllable, last 2 syllables pronounced like "finger", with a hard "g". Now, aren't you sorry you asked?
