how do you remove the front bumper? Any instructions?

look at APR website for some pics of intercooler install maybe, but also (EDIT)
but also search for "screw driver method" in the archieve
basically, you put a screw driver in the little space in the wheel well liner and pry the top of the clip off. Also do this from behind the headlight. It makes it easier to remove, and less likely to bend the weak metal that the clip attached to.
STFA a bit, you can probably find a better writeup of the screw driver method.<ul><li><a href="http://goapr.com/Audi/support/snub_mount.pdf">bumper pull</a></li></ul>

Re: how do you remove the front bumper? Any instructions?
APR instructions are good UNTIL the part about 'He Man' pulling the sides out. -If you want to risk bending the metal or wrecking the small plastic expansion bolts that hold the plastic clip to the metal, then go ahead.
Otherwise:
Pull the headlights. Remove the front wheels & wheel well liners. Use a couple of flat head screwdrivers to pry the sides of the bumper off their plastic clips. There is a tech writeup on here somewhere about aligning the bumper. If you look closely at where the sides attach, you'll see that there's a place where you can get your flathead screwdriver in there and pry the bumper off the clips...instead of yanking the crap out of your bumper.
