How do you run testpipes and not set off secondary o2 efficiency codes?

Wicked did some work on my car in October, haven't thrown a CEL since I got it
back. Was under the car yesterday, and it appears Mike installed some kind of spacer between the O2 sensor and O2 bung. I just glanced at it when I was under there for a pressure test.
If this is the case, thanks Mike and Wicked. Has been working great, No CEL, but I do get a couple of warmup DTC's (fairly common), but they never throw a CEL.
