How good is the APR 100 chip? Does it lag behind the others chips in its class like the 93 does?

I agree, because even the pump fuel program only has timing issues in an rpm range (4500-6000)
and runs pretty good timing outside that range - if the race program is similar it may knock badly in rpms outside that range.
