Default Pretty simple

it's a little weird at first, but just beat really hard with a sharp object and it'll be all good.

Default I don't think you'll need to relocate if you're just doing the precats.

I know piggy pipes do though...

Just buy plugs that will thread into the second O2 sensors, then drill a hole for a bung that you will weld just downstream of the second cat. No biggie!

so if the sensor goes bad, what do you just cut it out? if you weld it than its pretty much stuck

You weld the bung not the sensor. You'll fry the sensor if you weld it.
