Fairly easy. Buy a new O-ring first though, then do the job.

Default Pretty easy, really easy with DPs that have removable cats/pipes. Get both o-rings

before pulling it apart, propshaft casing o-ring and the little vent o-ring on the rear of the tranny(upper pass side on the tranny itself). Maybe about a 2hr job on avg, could probably get it done in an hour or so depending on how much exhaust stuff you have to mess with.
