Default well, not that hard with my experience. I've been running Stoptech rotors with Brembo calipers...

and the Pagid Orange (RS4-4) compound for about a year worth of track events.

Default Same here, rotors have some damage,

but nothing that probably wouldn't have ocurred with softer pads. Matt@ST highly recommends them and that's enough for me.

Default Well, perhaps I should rephrase...say I didn't take my Pagid's off until after track season.

I don't drive the car during the week and really only use it for fun on the weekends. Living in an apartment, changing and bedding pads is a pain in the ***. I'm wondering if I'm going to kill my pads or rotors if I keep them on for the summer. Right now, I've had the pads on for about 1500 miles and the rotors are perfect and I think the pads look good.

Default I run Pagid Orange year round

since my S4 isn't a daily driver. I haven't noticed any unusual rotor wear and the pads still seem to have a lot of life left. I typically do 3-4 track days per year and don't want to go through the pain of having to bed new pads everytime.

Default Ah, thanks guys, that's what I wanted to hear. I'll swap them after August when the season starts

to wind down, but as it stands right now, I have at least 7 track days before then and I really don't feel like swapping the pads every month.

Default The Orange Pagid is probably the best performance, low rotor wearing pad that you could get

For a performance pad, they are very rotor friendly. Everything is a compromise, but I think that you would be pleased with the rotor wear rate with STOPTECHS and Pagid Orange pads. We have raced with that combination and did not experience rotor grooving at all.
