How long do control arm kits last? Heard FEBI and MEYLE is crap and need Lemfo(e)rder but that is
more expensive and nobody sells a kit AFAIK. Any comments?

I've never had bushings fail but I've been through a few sets b/c the dust boots on the ball joints
fall apart... grease spills out, dust and water get in and goodbye balljoint. I know the bushings wear but the only time i've seen them fall apart completely is when the bolts aren't torqued down at ride height. I assume that lowering without re-torquing these bolts at ride height has the same effect.
in my experience it all comes down to those freakin rubber boots protecting the ball joints.
