I replaced mine last week using individual Lemfoerder arms from PureMS. About ~$370 total. Their service was great confirming the correct parts & the order took only 5 days to Australia.
My original bushes & ball joints were all fine (45,000 miles on crappy roads), it was just the grease boots that were split.

UCA brand isn't specified on their website, but Mike @ PureMS confirmed they were Lemfo's. Sure enough, they all arrived in Lemfo packaging.

You can't miss the rattling. If left this way long enough you will develop play in the joint and will be able to physically move the wheel back and forth manually if you jack up the car. If you drive on it in this state you'll likely notice 'wandering' on the highway and the joint will be making quite a racket over bumps, expansion joints, etc. I imagine if you just continued to drive on it the joint would eventually seperate.
