Sort of depends on how high up they are dropping it from.

That would be 16 feet in the air. I ususally don't work on my car while on the roof.

such is why i put the equation force = mass times gravity (32 ft/s2).. we have all angles covered.=]

The correct equation is d=1/2 x a x t^2. Gravity is independant of mass. Schoolhouse Rocks!!!
