There's one behind the center armrest in the little covered tray.
It's on the driver's side of that little tray.
It's funny that it came up, because I remember a few people saying that they didn't have one there and instead had a plastic piece and metal clip covering a weird shaped hole. Turns out that the cars were part of some theft ring on dealer lots and that the cig lighter in that location was how the thieves were disabling the anti-theft protection. Long story short, the dealers were using replacement parts in that location to defeat the vulnerability. Turns out that's a good way to tell if a car was involved in the theft ring - if it doesn't have a cig lighter back there, it went through the theft/recovery/rebuild process on the dealer lot.
Anyway, just lift up the tray cover, and you'll find it.
