multiply the octane times the # of gallons of that gas.
Do that for each gas and add up the results.
Divide by the total number of gallons to get the average octane.
So, it all depends on how much gas you want to have in your tank. If you had 3 gallons of 91 and 1 gallon of 114...
(3*91 + 1*114) / (3+1) = average octane
387 / 4 = 96.75
Note: this is 25% mix of Toluene. 25% of the total is Toluene - 1 gallon of the total 4.

Given toluene is 114 octane, here's the figgerin'.
This assumes you fill up with 91 craptane after adding the toluene and rounds the tank capacity to 15 gallons...
Octane= (114t+91(15-t))/15
This simplifies to Octane=1.53t+91, which says - in English - that each gallon of toluene adds 1.53 octane in a full tank of mix.
