1 gallon 114 oct
15.4 gallons 91 (assuming full 16.4 gallon tank)
(1*114 + 15.4*91) / (1+15.4) =
1515.4 / 16.4 = 92.4

i was doing the math right after i typed. not really that stupid just a little tired. so i basically need 2 gal of toluene for every tank. thanks.
