Default Depends on the dealer. My dealer ripped me off at $225
and they didn't even have to change anything.

Default $120 at a GOOD alignment shop...
I just had my alignment done and it was $48 for the front, and $72 for the rear. This involves aligning, test driving to let the suspension "settle" and then re-checking the specs.

So total came out to $120. Don't skimp on alignment because it'll cost you more on tires.

should I do this as soon as I finish installing my suspension or let it setlle for a few weeks?

Default well, I did it in two stages. first, aligned it, let it settle, and then re-aligned it.
But I guess you can do it how you suggested.
