It would pretty much be the same story...
Prospective owner would anticipate that they would need to clean out or replace all the intake plumbing, and flush the cooling system in case there was contamination. They would assume this responsibility or risk (depending on how you look at it) if they could get the car significantly below trade-in value. The buyer would also know that your back is against a wall, and would begin discussions at $17K, and go up slightly from there (maybe up to $19K?).
