how much does an engine swap (or turbo swap) cost>>>
i figure it costs the same since swapping turbos requires removing the entire engine - so i hear and read.
I'm comptemplating what I want to do as soon as I drive this car into the ground and since I love the car so much I was thinking of just keeping it and doing an engine swap with possibly a turbo upgrade. Your thoughts? I would also redo the suspension.
Good idea or bad? Cheaper or in the end more expensive and not worth - better off buying another car with lower miles and then doing the swap?
