Default should be stock power...ish

i dont see why you would have more power, although the hybrids would be far more effecient... although i dont think it has that big of an impact at stock boost levels.

Very close to stock power.

Default I'd think increasing turbo size keeping maximum boost constant should have the following effects:

(1) at a given boost level it'll flow more mass air than the stock turbo (so more hp at that point);

(2) it should be able to sustain maximum boost over a larger rpm range (higher rpm's), so maximum hp should increase;

(3) it'll take longer to spool than the stock unit.

Depending upon turbo size, it may make the car quicker or slower. Once you start dialing in higher boost is where you'll see advantages.

but the softare isn't going to sustain boost over the whole rpm range when requested tapers

Default How does the factory ecu limit boost?

Does it set a maximum boost which is constant over all rpm's? Does it use some kind of maximum boost profile which changes with rpm's? Does it do the above but using mass air flow instead of boost?

I know that maximum boost is decreased in cold weather so I'm guessing it must incorporate mass air somehow into the limits it imposes.

Default like doc said, it uses the N75 to control the actuators, which in

return, conrol boost levels.

I still say you would boost over stock chip requested with bigger turds, sustained not just spike.

So is rpm or mass air flow factored into the equation?
