Neighbor just swapped his stock wheels on his '02 S4 for some fancy new rims. How much do you think they're worth, in good condition with no curb rash or major scratches?

Looking to put them on my '00.5 A4 w/ sport suspension. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't fit.

do they have tires? what kind? tread %? Think about 150-200 for just wheels

They do have tires, I need to double check what kind and take a look at the tread life after work. I'm figuring they're pretty much shot since he hasn't changed them for as long as he's had the car.

But wow, only $150-200 for the just the rims? I guess I'd have to add another $50 or so to that to have some new tires put on, plus the cost of new tires.

i paid $200 for brand new wheel w/ brand new tire. i'd say $100-125 for just the wheel.

that was per wheel so $400 for the set w/o tires (or tires that need to be replaced immediately)
