how much of a pia is it to replace the rear main seal on the crank while I have the trans out?

how much of a pia is it to replace the rear main seal on the crank while I have the trans out?
looks like it is *slightly* leaking from the bottom right corner of the seal, but very little...should it be addressed or not?
