Default How much should I ask for my 2000 S4

I'm contemplating selling my 2000 S4.

<img src="http://jacob.2jdesigns.com/images/audi/car10.JPG">

80,000 miles (almost all highway miles)
Good paint over all, few scratches on sides, front has minor nicks typical of any car with high miles
No dents
Completely stock engine, it runs beautifully, turbos come on very strong.
Windshield replaced 1000 miles ago
Timing belt maintenance performed 5,000 miles ago.
Interior is super clean.

Mods:
e-codes
Sportec wheels wrapped in Potenza S0-3s, only 3,000 miles on the rubber
H&amp;R Streetsport suspension
ToyGoy shortshifter

What do you think?

Default I'd say ask for not more than $20k

You're gonna get hit for the high miles, it seems stupid but that's how it goes; plus it's a 2000. I suppose the idea of selling yourself is to make money above what you'd get for trading it to a dealer. I don't think a dealer would give more than 15k, probably less than 14k, so if you got $20k for it I'd say you did quite well.

Default It is ridiculous, just my thoughts. We won't know until he sells it.

Look on autotrader, for 21.5-22 there are some with 50-60k miles, and most around 80k miles are priced under $20k. If he gets more, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Default Nice car. I've seen you in Fairfax a few times...

I live in Fairfax too. Recently bought an 01 Nogaro from a friend of mine. Yours looks great with the Sportecs at that ride height.

Default 2nd - seems like a fair price

I sold my 2000 S4 with the same mileage for 26.5 a year ago, but I had to wait a long time for the right buyer. Had similar mods, but also had Stoptechs and Miltek exhaust.

Really chaps me that I only for 3500 more for a Stage 3 car with RS4 widebody . I don't think I'll ever buy an Audi again, their resale stinks.
