How much of a sound difference would there be with the milltek superdual, DPs, and test pipes?

minimal difference at idle, quite a noticeable difference on the gas, DP makes it louder

How is it when getting on it or just driving around?

IMO, stock is dead quiet in this car. I could always hear the engine over the sound of the exhaust and usually drove with the music turned down just so I could hear anything.

The superdual really brought the car to life - I could actually hear it! Not too loud at all, in fact, you almost can't hear it while highway cruising. It gets exciting as you go through the upper RPMs. Music to my ears!

Adding the piggies made the exhaust note a little deeper and a tad louder - simply perfect. Test pipes would be over the top - too loud for my taste, but that might be what you're after.

I like being stealthy if needed and the superdual/piggie combo does just that. Two thumbs up!
