How normal are small pits in new rotors, and what could cause grooving?

I just noticed they are in both rotors. Also having some grooving problems in the driver's side rotor. 2 weeks of normal driving and there's a groove I can feel and several other ones visible but not tactile. They are all across the rotor, not just at the edges.

Usually when you install brakes you have to have your hands clean. If not there will be dirt from your hand going on to the rotor. Tis will usually cause some noise later on or maybe even warping like of what you have. Take it back to where you installed it and show them what is going on. The brakes have to wear evenly when installed properly.
