how to resolve error code 17557.. boost pressure, value exceeded
Putting in a new ECU. Car pulls fine w/ hard boost 3 or 4 runs all is ok, but on 5th run it defaults into safe mode and runs no boost. Vag shows code 17557 boost pressure value exceeded. Had the MAF swapped, still same error. Put the stock ecu back in the car, pulls normal boost as stock should.

Hmm sure it was 17557? Bentley lists that as an "O2 sensor out of range"
Typically the boost DTCs are in the 179xx range (17964-17965 is more common). In any case you should use your VAG tool to do a log of block 115 (expected and actual boost).
