I just got aligned and was told one of my "axle boots" was "broken".
I assume that means my CV boot is torn.
There are a bunch of kits available for CV repairs, but how can I tell what I really need? If I need a new CV joint as well as boot, how can I tell?
Thanks.

and don't have time to fix it before then. Is there any preventative measures I should take?
Thanks.
Thanks.
