How/When do you get the S4 in Gran Turismo 4?

Here's how I did it.......
Step 1 - get your IA license.
Step 2 - Build a pimp *** jap ride.
Step 3 - go to jap events, race the series that you win the racecar 350Z at the end. Sell the car, you'll have over $450,000.
Step 4 - Take that $$$, go to Germany, buy the Red Bull A4 touring car. Do some engine mods....
Step 5 - Go to European events. Race the touring meistershaft series with that red bull A4. Along with the loads of $$$ you win, you also get some mercedes racecar at the end, that's worth almost $750,000. It'll take about 40-45 minutes to finish all the tracks, and you get just shy of a cool million. Do that 5-6 times, and you can buy anything that's for sale. ;-)

The S4 in GT4 was a big disappointment for me. It had major unintended acceleration and was (more)
undrivable. Anyone else have this problem?
I only had this problem with the '98 S4 and not with any of the other cars. The damn thing would just keep accelerating even when I was on the brake.

If you want your S4 to compete, try these settings:
It will remove the huge understeer problem. This is assuming you have a FULLY upgraded S4 with all the goodies.
