Default How would one go about disassembling a set of 2 peice BBS wheels?

My brother is getting a set of these and wants the centers redone in gunmetal. Is disassemly and reassembly something we can do ourselves? Anyone know the torque specs on the rivets? Is there a sealant between the two pieces? Thanks for any help

Leave it to the pros. I disassembled a set of LMs by myself. They all ended up with slow leaks.

theyre only 2piece, not 3. removing the center will not effect its ability to hold air (right?)

Default LOL ..if you have to ask that ..don't touch them !!

how much more obvious needs to be ?
take the bolts out and separate the 2 pieces .. you can try to find the torque of the bolts ..start with low torque, gradually increse it untill the bolt comes loose.
