Is the HR/Bilstein combo *that* bad? Search yield mixed reviews. Too low, but ok daily driver for $?

Replacing dead stock setup. I want the least expensive solution without purchasing junk.

Mixed highway/city. Northeast roads. Never will see a track and rarely even sees spirited driving.

Is there any justifiable reason to spend over $300 more on the Eibach Pro-Street Coil Overs? It appears to be the least expensive c/o setup with consistent excellent reviews.

I run them, no complaints. Little floaty at speeds over 90...

Default I went for a ride in a car and I was impressed enough to want to get rid of my H & R shocks and

replace them with the Bilsteins. Very compliant and very nice dampening!

Default Who sells this set-up at a good price? I'm in same boat as you...

My car isn't tracked and I'm just looking for something for 99% street duty.

I too don't want complete junk and am thinking about a nice traditional shock/coil setup would be the ticket.

Default Shox.com has HR/Bilstein for about $760 vs $1062 for eibach pro street coilover

AWE Tuning has the set for $750. I will probably purchase from them.

I would also consider Koni/Vogtland combo.
