Default HRE 440 Series Forged Wheels (big pic)

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/hre_446_satin_sil.jpg"></center><p>Had a meeting with the sales manager of HRE wheels yesterday and had a good luck at the HRE 440 Forged wheels yesterday.

This is a picture of the 446 style in satin silver.

It's a two piece wheel with a forged center and a forged, one-piece rim. I'll know in about 30 days regarding the S4 fitment (of course, the big brakes are the issue).

They have a few cool features.

1. titanium fasteners - even the Fikses i have don't have that.

2. hidden valve stem - they give you an adapter to air up the tires.

very nice wheel indeed. not cheap, however. 18x8.5 starting retail price is $900! of course, there are a ton of finish options like painting, anodizing, polishing, etc.

We'll advise about the S4 fitments as soon as we find out.<ul><li><a href="http://www.uucmotorwerks.com">UUC Motorwerks</a></li></ul>

Default second pic (448 style)

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/hre_448_full_polish.jpg"></center><p>Here it is in the 448 style in full polish.

HRE does NOT do spacers...they don't and won't. If it don't fit, it don't fit!
