Default HRed gets her 1st clay bar treatment.

This was the first time I've used clay bar to cleanse my paint. I thought after 3 years of ownership it was time to go for it. I've been pretty religious about keeping my paint clean and give it the HD Cleanse(Zymol) or 3M Hand Glaze every 4 to 6 months. The Clay bar was much easier than thought and really gives the car surface a baby's bottom smoothness.
This go around (wax), I'm trying Pinnacle Souveran and I like it much better than what I had always sworn to, Zymol Carbon. I still like Zymol but I ran out and was looking to try something new, so I picked up the Pinnacle stuff. It goes on and comes off much easier than Zymol. Not sure how long it will last, but reports state it'll last much longer than Zymol (?).

Get some Aerospace 303 to spray on your plastics so they look black again

Awesome ... love it when you post pics of your HRed, especially after a good detailing.

Would be neat if you could make a cutout to recess the logo in...oem look.

Default Yeah, it's been on there for over 2 years. Thinking of...

going more stealth and taking them off. When I first got car, nobody knew what it was and I felt compelled to show them (RAUDI S4 tag and new rear S4 badge and old rear S4 badge on the sides). Now that the car is a little bit too fast, I feel the need to go more stealth... I've replaced tag with new one and less obvious and thinking of debadging the whole car ?
