Huge thunk sound... where's my transmission?

Huge thunk sound... where's my transmission?
Well, I got my car back from the dealership and don't understand what is going on. If the board remembers, I have a creaking suspension problem. The dealership retorqued the subframe and now the creaking is all gone. What's the problem now? Well the problem is that going from rest, sometimes I get a huge thunk sound. I can't describe it any better. Its loud as hell and can be hurt throughout the car, and felt as well. It has happen from rest to 1st and happens as soon the car starts to move. It has also happen from rest to reverse. I think it might have to do with the suspension but my transmission/clutch might have something to do with it too. (hence the subject line). Any ideas ?
