APR does, it just costs a lot...like $3k for a single program (don't quote me on that)

"Thank you for contacting Sunoco regarding the sale of Ultra 94.
Unfortunately Ultra 94 is being converted to Ultra 93 in many Sunoco
markets. Changes outlined in the Energy Bill signed into law by
President Bush make Ultra 94 a difficult product to produce. The most
significant change of the Energy Bill is the use of oxygenates. MTBE,
used as the oxygenate in fuel and a critical component of Ultra 94, is
now being phased out by the Energy Bill requirement of increased ethanol
use. Ethanol does not have the octane enhancing qualities of MTBE.
Ultra 94 has been a great product for Sunoco and we are disappointed in
the elimination, however Sunoco is committed to producing the highest
quality fuel with the new product offering of ultra 93.

Thank you"

Default APR, AMS, and ASP all do custom tuning in house. I believe Streetwerke can do APR locally as well.

My motor is now very "one-off" so it would be stupid to have spent all the scratch I have, and then use off-the-shelf code which doesn't take advantage.

I believe that in choosing a custom tuner, the important factors are location and goals. I've chosen AMS because Marc doesn't tune to the edge of reliability, and his MAHA is within 45 minutes of my home. Were I closer to Alabama, I'd have strongly considered APR, having worked closely with them for years, and come to respect their expertise and general philosophy with regard to reliability.

Default They only wanted to race because they thought you had a street car.
