Default I was in an accident, although it appears to be just body damage...
So now I'm going to get an estimate from the body shop. My question is, if there's anything mechanically wrong w/the car, will they be able to detect it? What's the best way to handle this? Car is driveable, no CEL, etc, but I did notice a piece of hose broke off above passenger side wheel.

A good body shop will repair the entire car, cosmetic and mechanical.
